Umrah Ustaad helps you compare Umrah packages and flight tickets from trusted partners and send us a reservation or request. We are a marketplace and booking service. The hotels, flights and other services in a package are provided by our partners.
2. Reservations and requests
- Sending a reservation or ticket request is not a confirmed booking and no payment is taken on this website.
- After you send it, our team contacts you on the phone number you gave to confirm availability, details and the payment steps.
- A booking is confirmed only when our team tells you so and the agreed payment is received.
- Please give correct names, phone number and traveller details. Mistakes can cause delays or extra cost.
3. Prices
- Prices shown are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) per person unless stated otherwise.
- The total you see on the website is an estimate. Child and infant prices may still need to be confirmed.
- The final price is confirmed by our team before you pay. Prices, dates and availability can change until your booking is confirmed.
4. Visas, travel documents and travel rules
You are responsible for having a valid passport, visa and any documents or vaccinations the authorities require. Visa approval is decided by the authorities, not by us.
5. Changes and cancellations
Changes and cancellations depend on the package and the partner. Refund and cancellation terms are explained when your booking is confirmed. Please ask before you pay.
